Love the 71 Sport Fury u own. I have the same year wagon in pretty mint condition. Mine has a diff front grille but super similar look. That thing will be bad *** when complete. Hang on to it. It will be worth some dough when u finish.

Have you ever heard of the Chrysler's at Carlisle show in Pennsylvania?

Best Mopar show in the world. A lot of us from this site will be there. The show is featuring C-Bodies. So it will be a once in a lifetime event for C-Bodies being the featured cars.

I'm gunna try n make this show. That will be a cool event. Love to drive my wagon out.

No. I just move it from spot to spot. It's no snow machine. U get one of these sliding it's not stopping for a good min.

Had that happen on my old 68 fury. I know what you mean, they just seem to slide forever once they get going. Hopefully when I get done with my 71 it'll be an all seasons classic, I'm aiming to have it replace my '06 golf as my daily.

That reminds me, would you believe that when I bought it and looked in the trunk it had one of those old pre-1980s or so metal studded snow tires? I ended up giving it to a guy at the tire shop after he gave me a really good deal on new tires.

So I feel silly about this, but I've never really come up with a good name for my Fury. Commando's Newport really got me thinking about that.
