It would be a 361 industrial/truck engine... The location and angle of the plugs are much like a smallblock.

They made this and the same style RB 413 through '78 for straight trucks, and various industrial uses.

Stationary engine.....

I found this in an old barn near here. It is a 1926 Dodge brothers engine & trans used to operate a big drum winch, used in a saw mill.

They cut down top end Mercedes, Horch and Maybachs for example after the war in Germany to turn them into driveable sawmills, a few are still there in museums or at farm equiment shows, some got reversed back to original.
