Greetings

I just acquired a black 1966 Sport Fury. I purchased it before I realized that C-body cars are the most difficult to find parts for. The car has all the exterior chrome and badges, a strong 383 survivor motor (no aftermarket parts), a 727 transmission and very straight body, excluding a small trunk problem. The interior is another story. I will post some pictures soon. I am hoping the community will provide insight and wisdom as I walk through the restoration process. I look forward to getting to know you all.

:sSig_thanks:

Welcome! We can help you find any of the parts you need.

Welcome to FCBO and please post some pics. Black cars are always interesting. Regarding aftermarket parts for a 383, since most parts are interchangeable with the 440 I am assuming you mean inlet manifolds? There are a few different types floating around.

Welcome! I have a black '68 two door with 383/727 as well. Looking forward to seeing your pics. Is the "trunk problem" you mention a rusted trunk floor? I think a lot of people here on the forum know that problem all too well...

Welcome to the site from the Motor City!
