Thank you, Yes, the seat motor was in froze up and bad shape when I rebuilt it.

I just wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful comments. This one was a true labor of love, and I really enjoyed it. I don't usually post the cars I restore but I feel the C body Mopar's are some of the most underrated looking cars. I've got a lot of hours in the bodywork and in blocking the 8-foot quarter panels straight, but it was all worth it. Its just me in my pole barn.. The only thing I had to hire out was the re-chrome. The one thing that shocked me on this one was the radio delete and how bad the lead joint was on the roof to C pillars, maybe that's why a lot of them got vinyl tops. Anyway, thanks again!! I have a video of it Ill post it on the first post.

Absolutely incredible! I used to think Fuselage C Bodies were fugly. Now cars like this have me doing a complete 180. I would love to own a 69-70 Chrysler !

This post really makes me want to finish my own 68 project similar to this! She's in pieces now but I'm waiting on my dashboard to be rewired so I can install it and finish the electricals in the engine compartment and then hopefully make progress towards making it drive.

You should be proud to have such a gorgeous piece of Mopar history!

I agree w/ @fury fan @sixpkrt @carguy300 @3175375 @Samplingman @71Polara383 this car is an excellent example of if you are willing to do the work, you can restore cars to factory new. Woild love to here the backstory on this premo example. @John Kelly and @ayilar take note, another owner restoration. The quality of the build is beyond stunning. Great craftmanship in every detail. I do agree please come to the next CATL in 2025. As an owner of a 69 300 I must say I'm throughly impressed w/ all the attention to detail done here. My hats off to you.

I'm almost sure I saw this car in a CL ad a few years ago in IN.
They were selling a wagon in the ad, and this NYer was in one of the background pictures.
I called the seller of the wagon to ask about the car, and was told it was already sold.
The timing sounds about right from your original post. Same car?

As everyone has stated in one way or another, the car is beautiful. I feel your pain about blocking the 8 ft quarter panels. One of my favorite photos from my restoration, you can see my "3 ft sanding block" on the top of the quarter panel. I felt like Popeye when I got done...lol
