I was out there 5 or 6 years ago on a mid west vacation. That is a really nice area. I have heard its booming out there. We stopped in a different city every night. It was good to get out & see the country I love so much. Had never seen an oil well in a corn field before.

I served 15.5 out of 20 years overseas. LOL!

I lived in these WWII shacks as a Master Sergeant during my last assignment at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland before I retired in 1996. They were torn down a few years ago.
