Here in Lompoc, CA we have two as well...
The Federal Correctional Complex, Lompoc (FCC Lompoc), Population: 3,500

Federal Correctional Institution, Lompoc (FCI Lompoc)
United States Penitentiary, Lompoc (USP Lompoc)

The total population counts for about 10% of our cities population.
