Never got to meet either one - Exner was before my time (I started in 1969) and I think Engle was the lead on the fuselage cars too, but not sure. Never got to meet him either. Those guys were off in another complex away from the central engineering center in Highland Park, MI, and they rarely mixed with the engineers as far as I know.I wonder if some of the Chrysler Engineer guys here on FCBO ever met Exner or Engel?
She could lean on my car, hell she could stretch herself out on my hood! That has to be photoshopped. No way you would let her lean on your car.
Copperhead? How about this?
Herlitz started working for Plymouth, creating the Barracuda SX show car which greatly influenced the 1967 Plymouth Barracuda. Herlitz was then called to the National Guard before returning to Plymouth, where he led the styling of the completely new 1970 Barracuda and 'Cuda...Following the 1970 Barracuda, Herlitz led the styling for the 1971 Plymouth Plymouth GTX and Plymouth Road Runner.
I spent about 2 hours with him, getting a tour of the whole design studio around 1997. He was a very nice guy, nothing like you might imagine a VP. Showed me a Plymouth Pronto (PT Cruiser) mock-up in clay... One side was near-production, the other looked like (what became) the Chevy HHR. Told me a lot of great stories about design, even some C-body stories. I was sad when I heard he died at a relatively young age, especially for such a stupid reason (a fall).

pictures done during twilight generaly look better...l forget the whys ect but is what l try for if l canWhat's the story on Lakeland Lash? Aside from his detailer being high on Armor All fumes. One note about his photos - they seem to be commonly taken in what is referred to as the "golden hour" an hour after sunset, or an hour before sunrise. Photographers like this because there is no direct light to highlight flaws and the sunset light gives a nice warm tone to the photos. Particularly good for hiding paint flaws. (I bit less obvious than the "just washed" photo trick.")
At the engine compartment pics they say they are going to detail the engine...
Interesting google link, there's an article there saying a Robert Lash (+8 others) got arrested for soliciting someone to perform a lewd act. Presumably him as article says Lash told police he sells used cars? But not conclusive.
I think Lash and at least 1 other broker are connected somehow, their pictures and listing style, font, etc, are consistent. Similar locations (either out in a floral/cemetery/park area) or out in the street in front of the same house. Pictures all done the same way, all look good although the floral-park pictures are always over-saturated for effect (at least that's what my wife said it was). Seems like most cars are given the quickie undercoating job. Definitely not cars for knowledgable hands-on enthusiasts, we prefer our cars more untouched.
They had a white 68 Fury vert on ebay recently and I asked them if it had any sheetmetal/rust work done on it (I asked only because I could see the lines were off and was curious if they would answer honestly). Response I got was to call them and ask over the phone. Typical response if you want to keep everything verbal and non-verifiable later IMHO.
I've seen several cars on ebay that didn't sell and within a few weeks were on ebay by him at a highly elevated price.
