Last ride of the year?

Dave, some people just don't want that pesky wind blowing their hair around when the top is down. I'm thinking long haired women and men with toupee/combovers.

Then they shouldnt have a convertible....... Its just dumb to have the top down and windows up. Damn it, dont get me started

The biggest problem I have is keeping the top of my head from being sun burnt.

So the top stays up but why have it then..... yeah John, it is a problem and a nice problem it is

Mine gets driven about 98% with the top down and yes, the windows are down too.

The heater switch needs to be replaced (one of my winter projects) and then it might go up to 99%. But... one of the other projects is to get the A/C finished, so the it might go back down to 98%.

I am with Dave.
Our CV gets always driven open.
Unless we come into rain

Carsten

Don't get me wrong, I like driving with the top down but I also like the looks of a car with a roof so I can be seen driving my vert with the top up about 25% of the time. The windows are still down though.

We are supposed to get some wet snow this weekend in St. Louis. I don't have a garage so I just bought a new car cover for it and have my old one (it has started developing rips in it) on top of that one. Not sure if it's bad or not to use two of them at once.

I got out and did some driving in it this weekend while it was still in the 60's. Trying to fit in some last minute repairs before it gets too cold. Replaced an engine mount, and my speedo is noisey so I'm not sure what to do on that. Hopefully we can get back into the 50's for a while longer after this weeks cold snap so I can squeeze in some more fun time. :)
