Dorman doesn't list them so I doubt they exist through you local auto parts store.

The 66 parts book list 3 different part numbers depending on what drum you have.

NOS is out there if you know which one you need.

The Discount Tire here was going to get them for me when when I got new wheels from them, I elected to just change them all out for new right handed to eliminate any confusion for me or anyone else down the road...

I wonder where they were going to get them. It is one thing to say they can get them, its another to actualy get them.

I'm late to the thread. Sorry.
Cardone was the last distributer of lh studs and they disco'd them a few years ago.
Now impossible to find except from out of someone's hoard.
Just buy a big mo-fo sledge hammer and convert to rh.

I'm with Stan on the sledge! Why do you even want to entertain the idea of those lame left handers anyway. They're a pain in my girls ***... lol

I have a ton of them used. I once had a tire shop snap two of them on my wagon, due to being dolts - they gave me the one tire for free as "compensation" and I went about my way - drove two studs out of another axle and put 'em on my wagon. It's easy to get them out without any damage - I have a tried and true method.

RockAuto did have some LH studs-they come and go. At first I put in new LH ones, then went with RH all the way. If it's a young kid you don't have to tell them it's RH lugs. If an older guy like me, let them know it's RH.

SHAME ...SHAME..... shame ....... :nono:
Leading youth of our hobbie down the path of non original........ Besides ..... it's fun trying to explane to the zit face with the impact that half the lugs are reverse thread .... I carry a camera with me to the tire store now.

When I recently put on new rubber, I said to the guy I dropped it off at, you do remember the driver's side wheel studs are left hand. Correct?
Now he has racing experience with every make for 30 years under his belt.
He said with an embarrassed smile, S#@%. I had forgotten that. Ouch.

Use it or lose it. Lol

I am very much aware of my LH lugs and the other day when I was putting the front wheels back on I started hand threading the first nut on the driver's side in the wrong direction. It's easy to forget or rather the muscle memory kicks in with "lefty loosey, righty tighty"

Yeah ....... "lefty tighty" just dosen't ring right.

Lefty Loosey, Righty Tighty is a true medical fact. Don't believe it? Ask your doctor. Or just take a warm bath or shower and have a look at yourself in the mirror. On a mechanical note-Napa, Oreilleys, some Advance and Autozone parts stores have left hand threaded studs. Be sure to take a sample in because the stud shank thickness and length also vary greatly. Also a medical fact.

Young guy at Firestone on route 40 at the nats about ten years ago said it best, "so I have to tighten them to loosen them?" I said yep you got it, he shook his head and he got it right.
