Late to the game but welcome to the GA4 Mopar Club! Here is Delmae, my 1971 Polara still in her factory coat. So far I have found a few other GA4 1971 C bodies through my ventures across the interwebs, however they are still out there and I would love to find other owners:
- @mindshark13 T-code New Yorker he parted out (funny enough you were talking about a subframe and I bought a Newport subframe for Delmae from him)
- @71newport L-code 4 door Newport
- @Big Block T-code New Yorker
- Brian Muh's K-code 4 door Polara (was once owned by the late Henry Kissenger and looked identical to mine, but has since turned into a cop car clone).

If you are over on Facebook, I would love it if you checked out GA4 Light Gunmetal Metallic/Winchester Grey Mopars, a small page a run dedicated solely to this color.

Here are a few more leads:

--> @boostedvan recently acquired a '71 GA4 Newport.
--> @mindshark13 sold another '71 GA4 NYer 2-dr earlier this year. Hopefully you can track down the owner and invite him here.
--> a '71 NYer 4-dr was for sale in Des Moines, IA a year or so ago. The initial price was $11.5k, then it dropped to $7.5k ask in September: I have not seen it since. I traced some of the car's history prior to the flipper's getting his hands on it, and can share it if anyone is interested.

Cheers!

Looks like the GA4 car has found a new owner somewhat locally. He has a 1971 300 with quite a bit of rust and he wants to transfer the parts over to the Newport. He digs the colour of the car and will get it back on the road. I told him to sign up here.

I’m glad that it’s getting saved! Most figures I find are 2% of production cars were GA4.

Finally got a deal worked out for the 1971 300. Car will be added to the growing fleet. Don't have a plan for it as of now, I just didn't want to see it rot into the ground anymore. It cost a bit more than I wanted to pay, but happy that I ended up with it.
