WANTED Looking for NOS Pentastar (P/N 2785540) for 1971 Dodge passenger-side fender

Yeah, need to call AMS for best response time. I'm not sure if they respond to emails.

I got a repro one from QQD a couple years ago. I need to inspect it now with all this new information.
Why did I not think of Quirey Quality Design? Thank you, I'll wait to see pics of the one you got there (front and back) before deciding.

Interesting in that all of my cars still have a good-looking pentasutar. Maybe the repops are not as good as the originals?

Question: how easy is it to pull it /replace it? @6PKRTSE @Ross Wooldridge @cbarge @Samplingman
Both have been changed to a new Pentastar now since these photos were taken. If you zoom in closely, you can see both of them are barely gold any longer. Both look black.

First time out of the bag. I'm not sure if QQD make it or reselling....
Thank you very much, appreciate it! Gold it is, then -- since this is an official Mopar repop. It looks a lot like the Bill Rolik repop -- and slightly different, to my eyes, from the NOS units -- where the ridges seem to reach the pentagon vertices ("corners").

@70 Sport Suburban just sent me a photo of an original Pentastar on a 1971 fusie (like Medina!) with 37k miles. Clearly the emblem was born gold, though its color has faded. The relation between ridges and vertices is also very clear in the photo. Thank you Manny!
