How does anyone ever forget where you parked your car? I just watched a gal walk back and forth, circle around and head off to where she may have parked. Is it really that hard to remember what isle you parked, and what door you went in? Never understood that.

Re read that and do it again

I lost my car in downtown Boston. I mean REALLY lost.
I was sober when I went into the club, too....

I think that explains a lot, and she was probably driving a Honduh.

Back in the day we used to cruise a 10 mile stretch of Whittier Blvd. in East L.A. Between Stan's Drive In on the corner of Atlantic and Whittier and Nixon's Drive in in East Whittier with ah few stops in between and If we saw one of our buddz comin' at us we'd swerve at 'um to say hi and often we'd finger wave at 'um to tell 'um we needed to talk so then we'd pull off onto a side street and yack for 2 minutez or 2 hourz which ever came first. And often we'd jump into the otherz car and continue to cruise well into the wee hourz of the nite. I lost my car for 3 dayz one time by doing that and only found it by accident just happening to glance down that same side street as I waz cruising again with that same car-bud before dark. You think a shopping center parking lot iz big to loose your ride, try East L.A.

I don't understand it either. I never forget where I park my cat...

I've did it once looked for it for over 1hour ,In the end I gave up and got the police to find it ,Total brain fade that day

Oops. I typed that just before setting out on a 2 hour trip. Cats are a real pain to park though!

Try finding a car at an airport that you didn't park. I flew into Detroit the day after the boss flew out so he left the company car there and told me where to find it.

"Green Taurus wagon, first isle outside the hotel entrance" where he left the keys.

Looked for about an hour clicking the remote, gave up and went in a different entrance that wasn't near the hotel but by the hotel lounge, turned around three isles in was a turquoise Mercury Sable wagon.

Here's an old Special Forces trick (no **** it really works and yes a Delta Force Soldier told me about it)....

Hold the remote to your chin and click it. It will extend the range of the remote.

Again ....this is a no **** thing that works. Walk backwards away from your car until clicking the remote won't chirp the car. Then put the remote to your chin and it will work. Back up even further and it'll work held to your chin and won't work if you just point it at your car. I've almost doubled the distance several times doing this. Works great at Lambeau Field....

Seems to happen more often as I age. So far have never completely lost the car. Usually walk up the wrong adjacent row then end up pushing the door lock button to hear the horn.

Try this. If your garage radio won't lock in on a channel grab hold of the antenna
