True, given enough $$$$ most anything can be done. The point was that those like @davealux who are 60+ have seen lots of folks come and go with their "good ideas" which unfortunately, oftentimes fail, so they offer their wisdom. Whether that wisdom is accepted or not is up to the vehicle owner, who was at least warned of probable outcomes.

I don't disagree with you on this LeBaron, at 64 I find myself giving advice to some of the younger guys in my circle.
Once we come tho the conclusion the decision has be made to move forward we all try to find the best way to make it happen.
I see message boards like that. In my opinion if a man wants to add Louie Viton Interior to his 66, it may not be my cup of tea but I'll tell him everything I know about upholstery if it might help.
