Have you ever been to wasteland weekend festival in Mojave desert?
I'm thinking of building this 61 into a killdozer WW car for next year if they stiil have it?

I went to the first WW car show at Gene’s shop in Mojave. He was going to get his own reality show (until he figured out they wanted to follow him home...) and he was looking at a CAT reachlift. He mentioned the show coming up and then a few days later I saw the snake truck from the Road Warrior driving up the 14. That’s when I decided I gotta get out there. I’m not a big camper so I’m only in it for the car show. I have some friends that go every year but I doubt I’ll ever spend the weekend out there. I do have the car to get me in though...

Here’s that crazy snake truck from the Road Warrior. They do that wasteland weekend deal every September up by Cal City not very far from Gene Winfield’s hot rod shop.

Pretty wild to see it just cruising up the 14.
