A new user sent me a PM today, I've just noticed it. He's asking a legit question about tires and rims. But under his message is this - "This conversation is closed for new replies". So I can't reply to it. How does that happen?

Good, thanks. It's a new member with no posts. Probably why you couldn't post. He is from Quebec and could be a scammer. Hard to tell. For now, just disregard the message. Joey can take a look.
He isnt a scammer - just a new member that probably accidentally locked the conversation
