Greetings from South Bend IN

Just drove out to Pennsylvania to pick up my second C-body
A 1968 Chrysler 300
Blue in and out with a white vinyl top.
61,000 original on the 440

Sure would like to pick up a pair of Bucket seats and a console.

Nice score :icon_cheers: Congratulations and welcome aboard. Can't help you with console and seats but they do come up on EPay periodically. BTW where's the pics :shruggy:

First................:sSig_welcometoourcl

Second, Fred is correct...:worthless_thread:

Third, there is a blue 300 in the for sale section with bucket seats that need to be redone but it has no console....

Fourth, the 68' 300 is my favorite slab side which brings me back to second.

okay first attempt at this photo thing

So I sell tires over the phone and a few weeks back a nice older gentleman called to get tires for his 300 so he could "get rid of it"
"I've had the thing since 1972" he said, "And I hardly ever drive it"
It only has 61,000 miles. Well, suffice to say that he got tires and I got the 300.
My wife and I drove out and drove it back from Pennsylvania to Indiana.
We took it straight to the James Dean festival in Fairmont. A great weekend despite some rain.

No, No, No, not like all the rest every car is different.

I am liking yours plenty, nice car, cornering lights too, sweet.

I love the photo of the theater and the car, looks like its from 1971.

That is a great story of how you came by the car. It looks amazing and the black sidewalls are a refreshing change that suits the car.

Thanks for the compliments.
Winter comes too soon here in Indiana and I am going to have to put her away for the season. Luckily for us the old Studebaker factory holds a lot of cars.

Nice car, welcome to the site from the Motor City!
