I'm not sure what you are trying to do. On these cars the hardtops and sedans have completely different roof lines. The 2 door sedan and 4 door sedan use the same roofline. There are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to convert a tri-five chevy from a 4 door sedan to 2 door sedan. The same would work on these cars. The only way to end up with a 2 door hardtop would be to do an entire roof swap from a 2 door hardtop. 4 door hardtops also have their own roofs.

I'm building a pickup: 4 door sedan, 2 door doors, arch blended from back door on to 2 door doors to match quarter window. need it cleaned up, door line at quarter window, wipe out rear door line and rear handle. Maybe push rear window/quarter window 6 scale inches forward.

Not to this scale. Once I get my building built, (60x50x16 and 40x40x10 connected.), sell old house, move, I'll start on this and getting the Amphicar and Pantera running.
