Mopar Code Talkers, will you help me read my trim tag?

I've tried to decode my trim tag using online info, but I couldn't make sense of it so if someone could help me understand what my tag specifies I would greatly appreciate it. This is a 65 Chrysler. I speak 58-66 full sized chevy myself so if anyone needs those codes broke down I can return the favor.
