Oh man, that's awesome! OK that's good to know.
Worthy of note, he has ACC carpet for the car. I seem to remember that they weren't offering the 'vert version of this carpet.
I skimmed through part 2 on this...
I see he's using the junk repop quarters and saying they're "good", so that makes me question a lot. Worthy of note, he has ACC carpet for the car. I seem to remember that they weren't offering the 'vert version of this carpet.
Hey, everyone! It's been a while since the last update on "Project Marsha" our 1970 Plymouth Fury III convertible and I wanted to give y'all a big ol' rundown over the last few months:
First of all, Dave Chamberlain of All Classics Restoration was able to finally straighten out our Fury and shoot her in B3 Ice Blue Metallic all before bringing her out for the big debut at the 2024 Holley MoParty.
This video is our recap of the 3-day show and includes Marsha's big reveal:
After MoParty, we've been hard at work troubleshooting electrical gremlins, ironing out issues with the hydraulic convertible top and basic interior restoration and repair.
This video focuses on the convertible top and carpet (yes, I did screw it up by not including the seat belt spool covers UNDER the carpet, so a second carpet kit will be ordered).
The last update is a video on these troublesome quarter window tracks. We're still in need of the rear C-channel guide but that's another bit of "unobtainium".
Currently, we've got the dash pad off (looking to have Just Dashes in SoCal restore that) and the gauge cluster out and ready to ship to Redline Gauge Works.
(I'd love to replace the factory clock with a tachometer or oil pressure gauge if anyone wants to sell me one.)
