The only regret I have about the weekend is the apparent dirth of 50's and earlier cars. Not sure why.

This seller insists that the car is worth 1200 and won't consider parting it. I'll post more pics tomorrow.

Both of these Sellers are dellusional, '69 Rag, $15,000 OBO..................Not much better than the one for $600. And that's the good side of the '68 Fast top.

I'm not sure what the attendance was but I'll predict a record. They messed up IMHO changing the route in. Driving half way into town before looping back to the gate extended idling time significantly and did nothing to prevent back ups onto Hwy 7. Otherwise a great weekend.

There was actually a Dry Dock area designated in one of the ball diamonds but I don't think it was recognized since the C Bodies were spread all over.

Great pics. Really good attendance of C bodies, and Formals, in particular. That 70 300 4 door reminds me of a car may Dad had back in the day.

Very nice, thanks for taking the time. This show is on my list, is it always the third weekend in August?

Yup. They don`t organize the field by model so it`s a lot easier for friends to set up a canopy behind their cars and spend time together and get caught up. A lot of NY, PA and MI plates on the field. There was a very nice couple from PA parked right behind us on Sunday.

I prefer the jumbled up format so that friends can park together regardless of what they bring to the show. I think it promotes mingling of show participants. At Mopars in the Park in MN, there were only 7 or so C bodies in the "C body section" ....sad turn-out.

3rd weekend in August will always be the Woodward Dream Cruise too. It would be difficult to leave Detroit for that weekend but I'll make it happen one of these years.

Here's a few pics of how we set set up around our cars.

There was as always a lot of discussion with the guys standing around open hoods.

Some of you may recognize Leaburn long standing Drydock member center above. He and his family joined our group on Saturday.

Fred, did you get to talk to Lea? What is he up to. What did he bring? The wagon? Love that car.
