Im trying to located the motor mounts for a.1965 Monaco with the 413 wedge. Ive seen two different styles and not sure which is correct since the previous owner misplaced the originals. Any help would be appreciated.

You just need a left side mounting bracket?

Rephrased - is it just the left side mounting bracket you need? If so I think I have one I won't need.

Got mine from Schumacher. As Polara 500 stated, you only need the left side bracket. I bought the poly for my 383. Don't have much knowledge on the 413. Some would say I don't have much knowledge period...but what do they know. LOL I'll look around for a bracket for you and let ya know. Parts for our cars are a *****.

ive found the insulator for 5.99 the bracket is what i cant find

Make sure it is the correct insulator. An original left insulator has a single stud where the bracket mounts. If you've got one with twin studs, you'll have to get the Schumacher bracket as it will not work with an original bracket.

Just to be sure, you only need the driver's side bracket, right?

Ok so I actually went to look at the car today since its parked at my friends shop. It doesn't have the bosses for the mount is there another mount option?

I use the Schumacher mounts on my '65, so a few comments from personal experience.

First, the two bosses that they need only seem to be on late 440 blocks. I'm not for one minute saying they dont exist on 413's, just that I've never seen them on one.

Second, Schumacher seems to think that the bosses are threaded one size bigger than they are in reality. On the block I used, they were 5/16", the holes for 3/8". I'm going off memory here, so might be a size wrong.

Third, if a Saginaw P/S pump is used, they dont fit without grinding.

Finally, when I can get round to it, I'm planning to make up a mount that works. I think its possible to do them a different (better?) way using available mounts. I'll only know for certain when I try.
