Motor mounts

Has anyone else had problems finding the correct motor mounts for the 65' 413 wedge New Yorker? Passenger side is easy, but I cannot find the correct driver side. Passenger side has 2 bolts to the frame and 1 bolt to the block. My driver side has 2 to the frame and 2 to the block.

Are they different from the 66 mounts, I have had no problem getting those?

Passenger side is always the one that breaks. After breaking two, I chained the left side down.
