My First Project 67 Sport Fury III Convertible

Over the past couple days I finally went and hooked up my air compressor to make life easier so I got my old heads off. Now I can use the bolts and a chain to lift the engine then I ran into the bad news My old block had water trapped in it.

Needless to say the crank was rusted a bit so I could only partially turn it. So I rednecked it and hit each piston with a 2lb hammer, got that loose and now I have the flex plate of the old engine unbolted with the old tranny on stands still in the car. Today I'm hoping to get the old engine out. And another run of bad luck the lug nuts are rusted on.
