Grabbed the Duster at about 9:30 this morning, headed over to the show, Found a nice spot, grabbed my chair and got comfortable, Soon was joined by the couple who owned the '69 Dart parked 1 spot over, we ended up chatting all day and walking around together, even managed to give Dennis one of my business cards :icon_mrgreen:

Anyway, ended up winning a door prize and had a great day, a bit of sunburn, but it was worth it.

As Andy said on the phone this morning drive her as if she's yours :3gears:

Ended up with a long straight stretch of empty road.............................340 cubes can be fun in a light package like an A body.............my next project.

Anyway, LOTS of A bodies, a few B's, an F and an E, and of Course a C.

Some A's, yeah thats a Fiat parked between me and Dennis' '69 Dart, only took half a spot so we had plenty of room for our chairs and coolers LOL, the Guy with the '67 T & C wagon made fun of it LOL

More A's, the White '69 Dart is my Neighbors, it has a 410 small block stroker.

Anyway, more pictures

And some more eye candy,

'67 Dart GT Convertible 383 With A/C

Dennis' '69 Dart Custom, almost entirely Original, only a few safety parts were replaced, ordered and purchased new at Chinook Dodge in Calgary, 318-2 904 on the column, bench car. you can kinda see our set up behind the Fiat.

That Cordoba looks nice. Thanks for posting the pictures.

And best of all a white interior!

Looks like a great show. Some nice cars. I like the Dodge trucks, and yeah... that Dart convertible with A/C would be a rare one..... Thanks for posting.

Thankz for the pix Nick. When I saw the first pic of the A-100 in the back ground shot I thought it was the guy that lives just outside of Windsor with the Fargo that haz the 392 in the bed. That one I've seen in Detroit and Norwalk. Some day I'll make Moparfest too if I live long enough. Matt. Should we start looking for a Slab Side Long Roof? We all know you want one!

Yes, I think maybe we should but not right away, I need to sell a few things so that I'd have room for it.

wait a minute, I need a 66 Chrysler coupe first....

NAW, just find one with two good Quarterz, Doorz, 'N front chairz from ah donor coupe. Pitch the rear doorz from a '66 Slab and graft the quarterz in and bolt the doorz on and the chairz down and it'z WIN WIN. BTW, I've got a Car-Bud in Dallas that did ah 4 door to ah two door conversion on a '72 Buick Estate Long Roof and you can't believe how cool it lookz. Hey, And you'd be the only Dude on the planet with 9 passenger two door Slab! How Bad iz that?

Think the 383 only came in the late year GTS model, regular GT couldn't be ordered that way officially at least.

Depends on the production #. There's an ongoing controversy on what the CORRECT side badging should be for the very early ones. Some say they slipped through with GT badging on the side.
They all had "GT" badging in the grille.

Might have had GTS on the Stripe I didn't really pay attention, I may have mixed it up with the '69 GT that showed up later. The red one for sure was a 383 with air because I thought Stan would like that Combo, it was a 4spd as well.

Let me get this straight.
1967 Dodge Dart GTS convertible.
Factory 383 and a 4 speed.
Factory A/C.
This was at that show you attended and that is the car in the picture.
I want to make sure I have all the facts here.....
If so, this car is the Holy Grail of A-bodies. 1 of 1.

Yes Stan, that's correct, Talked to the guy, 10 year restoration, no expense spared, I'm pretty sure it was a GTS, I checked my photo's and the Plum Crazy '69 was the GT and it was a 340 4 spd.
