My mailbox is full?

I am trying to communicate with another member but this site says my mailbox is full. I have used this rarely and cant seem to find where to delete old messages etc.

Any help will be appreciated.

Go to your inbox, select the conversation(s) you wish to delete, and then click on "mark all conversations...", then choose "leave conversation" in the dropdown.
