Those are my pics of Moparfest 2014. One of these years I'd like to make it back to Carlisle. Dave you remember Pete, he was saying the same thing. C Body popularity is slowly increasing here in Canada.
Leaning tower of power in a slab monaco. Never seen that before.
Yea, never crossed my mind, being here in the states. Never seen anything less than 318 under the hood. Its Canada...Lotta small blocks and 6s...good eye.
Frank didn't make it. His 440 rebuild got screwed up by the mechanic. He has now got a 440 out of a motorhome being readied. He may get back to the original motor at some point in the future. Laurence couldn't make it either. He is scheduled for heart valve surgery in Toronto shortly. Hoping for a better turnout next year. My picture taking focus is exclusively on the C's. I let other members here post different pics.Of course I remember Peter.... and his wife Carol, two VERY nice people. They would hit it off with Will and Ellie very well. I see it was only you two with 70s there. Did Al and Frank make it this year? Is that Lawrences 69 there? Did he make it?
There were a lot of Cs there then, it looks like there are more now. No Other photos Fred? A100s DeSotos... anything?
Learned to drive in my Dad's 67 Polara with slant 6.Leaning tower of power in a slab monaco. Never seen that before.
Jeez. Sure didn't look happy to be in the pic.
Having owned and let those cars go would make me pissy too...Leo`s a chebby guy, known him for years. I think he is just pissy that some one took his pic beside a mopar! He has owned a lot of muscle over the years, all brands. Two that stand out in my mind are two `69 Runner hemi four speeds, one red and one black back in the late eighties.
