68 newport power brakes
the symptom: when it's cold the the brake pedal is very hard to push down and very hard when coming to a stop almost like it wants to blow though the stop all together and scary the crap out of me(stops on a huge silver dollar). after i drive it on the highway for about 10 minutes the pedal feels find and stops on a nickel just fine, and some times it goes back to that hard pedal feel. i've had my brakes serviced at A & A Automotive & Transmission Repair (the only shop i trust) they replaced 13 feet of steel line, replaced the rubber lines, shoes, cylinders (the issue had been going on before i've got my brakes serviced)
is it the brake booster going out? or some thing else i need to look at?
booster is not making any hissing sounds or vacuum leaks
