Only 19 now. Famous dad, mega-talented but controversial, "tabloid" fodder kinda guy later in life, who has passed away.

She's been having a rough time of things lately. I'm rootin' for the kid to get it together. Heck, Drew Barrymore did .. so can she.

Naw, I aint gonna bash Mikey. We all know his story. A talented but troubled man but I am sure he loved his kids as much as any of us love ours.

Born in 1914, passed away at age 85 at her home in Florida. Actor and inventor.

This lady owned the 1940's, one its brightest and most beautiful women - a Louis B. Mayer creation in that regard.

Aside: I actually recall a "tiff" between my mom and dad in the late sixties. He wouldn't do something because he was watching one his favorite movies (1949 Technicolor film that I still watch to this day) on our NEW color TV .. mom said it was because of "that woman." She meant our girl here.

I think it was more about the new color TV than this lady.. but he winked at me and went and got up and did whatever mom wanted I always liked her in any movie she was in from that era.

Married six times so i guess ya cant have everything. Died a wealthy recluse.

A trailblazer. Had a rough marriage ride late 70's early 80's with some questionable and frankly embarrassing things. Divorced, remarried, raised a family .. all's good today.

Here at age 19. Could not find any earlier and better pics of her.

I believe too Miss Lamarr had cosmetic surgery that did not turn out well at all and that is one reason why she avoided being seen in public. But what a sharp mind and she contributed a lot in her life.

Yes, Jayne Kennedy. Came to my attention, though she'd been on other stuff on TV before that (most of which i barely remember) in her gig on CBS for NFL football.

She's seen the light, the dark, and the depths of notoriety .. got it all together and then stepped away from the spotlight. Seems to have quietly enjoyed life after all that.

Good for her.

Born in 1932 in Louisiana, passed away in 2015. Actor and singer.

If you were at least 5 years old in early 1960's chances are you saw this woman's TV work in the long-running role she's most remembered for.

She did a few movies too .. thought she would have been a bigger movie star .. but the small screen stuff, where she got an unfortunate dose of "type casting", dominated her career.

After TV, it was singing gospel and writing and still enjoying generations of fans who werent even born when her TV show was on .. the power of syndication is where you STILL might know her work even if you were born in 1970's-1980's.
