Name that girl

This one will make you think:

This sweet looking girl can shred your face off with her prowess on Sixx (another clue) strings. She was almost married to a legendary guy missing some fingers in the 80's. She ended up marrying a dude who could (allegedly) break glass with his voice.

Hey there amazinblue82, hope alls been good for you.

I read through your description/clues first BEFORE scrolling down to see the photo. From the clues, I really did not have any ideas of who I was about to look at.

However, the very instant I saw that young girls photo I was quite sure who it was. Checked a few facts on the young lady I suspected it to be and YEP, that's her.

you got me chief. no facial recognition for me.

but the clues send me toward a musical "specialty" that might make her standout.

i will pull a couple internet "threads" and see if i can come up with her 40 years after that pic i infer.

Had to figure it out, but I know who it is.

#1,165

Had to cheat (googled her pic directly, so I am disqualified) to find her.

I did try but I could not connect her life and particular skills to any of the other people in the clues (whom I also didn't know much about their personal/professional histories either).

Clues are great and relevant and turns out I was lead to the right search "sight lines", ... just was never sufficiently familiar with her genre in my formative years.

Anyway, her contributions to her profession are recognized.

Yeah, just read an article last week about her that made me think of her. She did a guest appearance in Vegas with someone who couldn't get his car "outta second geeeeear" back in the day because of the lowered speed limit.

If anyone guesses this actress I'll be amazed, we've all seen her many time.

Ok .. I will give #1,157. Most everybody seemed to get her and graciously let the game run a while.

Anna Nicole Smith. Died 2007 in Hollywood FL, age 39. Clues were "Guess" jeans to her modeling days, her Playmate days, and then acting/reality TV.

If you didn't recognize her face, the clues were intended to "reverse-engineer" critical milestones in her life (age at/year of death, state born in, profession, refered to three controversial marriages, etc) that help could confirm your hunches/follow the bread crumbs.

"Great" actress? Naw. "Over-exposed" model (in more ways than one)? Yeah. I liked her though in "Naked Gun" -- she was good in a comedic "cheese-cake/transgender" role I thought.
