recall how OP's try to manage the "game". You can google lens the image of the younger woman and likely find her instantly. But, we call that "cheating".
It's cool - we have all done it. but we admit it so we can't "win" the easy way.
You can do whatever you want of course, but the objective is to look at the face, research the "clues" with that if you need to, but figure out the lady. or just punt on it.
you "win" if you post the girl's identity, or we just say "i got it" and let others get to it/work on it when they can. it helps decide if more clues need to be given or if the girl was just too easy (for most of us)
Like these super easy ones we have done in the past ....

Age 35. Actor. Russian by birth, arrived here at a toddler though.
She's acted in a lotta stuff, 90% of which I have never seen. She's been at it since she was five years old.
Pic on set with this one guy, when he was still small enough for the small screen, was when she was about eight years old.
Still not a household name, but, it's "communicating" via her ubiquitous national company, TV ad work as an adult that she is best known and most easily recognized for now.
This one might be a little challenging. I wouldn't know her just from these two pics. Some of you might though.
