Grow your own shackles, it's not rocket science. It's formed steel.

I have bought several sets of springs for my mopars from them (ESPO) I got H.D. springs for my '66 Imperial from them. They make their own springs in PENN. Correct ?

They are in PA, don't know where the springs are manufactured
