Selling my 1967 Dodge Monaco '500'. Not really confident about how much to ask for it? Posting some pictures. Help me out by giving me your thoughts on a fair price! Here's some pictures taken yesterday.

Extra info:
As you can see a 2 door hardtop, vinyl roof, 383 with a Edelbrock 4-barrel carb. Carter carb in box in trunk. Console shifter, PS, PB. Brakes gone through last summer with new master cylinder and wheel cylinders on fronts. I replaced gas tank, fuel lines to fuel pump, fuel pump, cleaned out Edelbrock carb. New points and condensor. Runs, drives. AC doesn't work nor does vent, heat or fan. Can hear some motor sound when turned on but nothing comes out vents. Has what appears to be a factory radio but doesn't work. There is a aftermarket radio under dash which does work. Good car for someone to play with or restore. Dash pad cracked in several places. Foam in seats dried out, foam crumbs here and there.

Hey Glenn, based on what you have described and there are no surprises, (whats the trunk floor like? And are there any rusty areas underneath? Tires?) I would say that the car is worth around the $5500 mark give or take a bit. If you were to take car of the cracked dash and AC/blower issues plus fix the foam insert issue the car would most likely be worth around the $8500 mark.

It looks fantastic! Best of luck finding a new home for it.

It's the 67 version of my 68 with the same colour combo. That is the original radio in the dash. With luck wire it up and it will work. If 383/727 are sound and and you take care of the issues that you mentioned the asking price could be around 11K with 20% dicker room.

That's a very sharp car Glenn. Good luck with the sale.

I've noticed that that pale/sunfire yellow with black top color scheme has been getting a lot of love the last few years vs the preceding few decades

My advice is: put it on eBay with a 10 grand reserve. The bidding there will tell you what some people would be willing to pay. If you get more than 10 grand - whoo-hoo!

I, personally, would use eBay as my last resort to sell my car. I would list the price high on a forum or Craigslist ad and negotiate with someone who loves the car/hobby as much as I do, to give us both a good deal, and feel satisfied in my actions.
