More pics and steering wheel/horn ring fixed and updated. Got a rebuilt distributor (Thanks halifaxhops!) Will install this weekend. Still needs some TLC here and there, but it's just fun to tinker on something new to me.

Great looking Fury, Steve. Yeah, if you're already into the dash, go ahead and bypass the ammeter. The poor chap that owned my Newport struggled with a dead car, replaced the alternator, regulator, ignition switch, etc. before giving up. I bought it for $1250, then the guys here on the forum put me wise to the ammeter fix, and voila! I had a runner.
I've been running the Newport for the last 18 months with no ammeter. If the lights dim or the car won't start, well then I'll know the alternator or battery is bad; I'll call AAA an have it towed back home, no big deal! So far all is well.
Oh, and I love the stacked headlights. Cheers
