New to the forums but have had the wagon for about 12 years now. Bought it from the orginal owner.

383 ,Auto ,P/b P/s P/L, P/w 9pass. Roof Rack . Was just used in the 2014 Viper commercial , used that money from the commercial to help to recover all 3 seats in a OEM style.

Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Beautiful wagon with a nice nod from Ma Mopar herself! Congrats!

Welcome aboard. That is a very nice wagon.

As for the ad, why the hell can't Chrysler make red light racing commercials, instead of tame quirky ads about thier latest performance cars. I would love to see the modern Dodge Challenger smoking some Moustang or Craparo......or better yet a hyped up turbo ricer, ya that would be sweet. Guess no one has balls on Madison Ave. anymore, too many Starbucks types.

Commercial

WOW! Welcome.
How was it they approached you about the car to make the commercial?

Thanks for all the welcomes. :sSig_thanks::occasion14:

I was at the Mopar Spring Fling in So Cal Van Nuys when a gentleman approached me and asked if he could take a few pics. He said he had a business where he acts as a broker for vehicles in commercials and movies. I was thinking ya ya sure. But got a call one day and asked if I was interested in using it for a commercial. I was a little hesitant at first as I have heard horror story's of the use vehicles get in movies and commercials . But I thought to give it a try. Everybody there was great and handled the car with kid gloves. The interesting thing was most of it was shot on a trailer and was only driven a short distance on the road.

I would imagine there is a lot more care taken when the car is being used for a corporate national advertising campaign than some yahoos making a movie.
