Thought it about time I actually got some pictures up of my C-body. This is my first Mopar, but I have been truely pleased with the experience. There is just nothing like the ride of these big bodied cars. The plan for this car is to be a drive anywhere weekend cruiser.

Needless to say I have been a fast learner about these C-bodies as it was said to be a TNT car and to be originally red, well after looking at the codes it is just a 440 non TNT ( which from reading these forums sound to be a common misrepresentation) and the original color was aquamarine. All that said the car is in overall nice shape and just needs the typical tinkering which is the whole reason I bought it.

My latest problem is a rough idle after warming up. It typically occurs only when in gear. I adjusted the carb idle and the mixture screws which helped but I think the real problem is possibly the ignition timing or a vacuume leak. I plan to tackle that in the coming weekend I hope.

First welcome aboard and wow what a nice ride. You didnt mention where you are at with your timing. Check vacuum leaks and you might try adjusting the vaccum can on the dizzy. Just a couple thoughts.

Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Nice car!

Aquamarine though, just sayin'...

Nice car, don't sweat the HP on a mopar its just cam, carb and manifold changes with a few exceptions high quality materials used across the board SW or charger r/t same building blocks, unlike GM and ford.

interior shots

Thanks all for the warm welcome, here are some interior shots. The interior is complete but needs new vinyl in the front buckets and of course the bucket backs. This is a column shift car but it has a set of buckets and a console in it. From what I can tell the buckets and console were a late addition most likely from the guy that painted her red.

The seats could be the originals if your car was built before Jan 1 69 as they lack headrests.

The console looks like a mix of parts. Compartment door w/armrest from a 66/67 Charger, .... The chrome rear console bezel is a B body unit

I was thinking the front seat material looked like 1969 Fury seats

The seats would be the same and the pattern on these seats looks identical to the pattern on Jazebelles seats. The front seat backrests appears to be missing the "buckles" though.
