That car sure wears stuff well. I love that lower trim. My first Monaco was a 68 non 500 model and lacked that rocker dressing the 500s had. Looked so so sharp, like yours.

A method taught to me by my Dad and his bad back is to take a long pry bar and stick it under the tire and use that to lift the tire and wheel in place. Much less "wrong approach" type lifting involved.

Looks good with those wheels!!

Those are the rims I have been thinking of putting on the Monaco.
I'm torn between keeping the toasty looking wheel covers and w.w.s or those 17"ers.

Those wheels look great. Like the modern day Magnum 500. That sure is one good looking NYer.

The rims/tires are a simple bolt on. The spec are 5 on 41/2 center 4.5 back space. 17x7 rim and BFGoodrich P22560X17

I have been up in the air on these wheels. Nice to see them on your car, they look really good.

Did you have steel wheel on it previously? Have you noticed an improvement in the ride or just the handling?

I bought the car with the chrome 18" rims in the pix above. I've not driven the car with the new wheels but I wouldn't expect much difference if any
