Lots of great Mopars and other makes being used well. The Dodge Coronet CHP cars are a great look on the roads.

I watch it as often as I can for many of the reasons stated above. I look a lot at the cars and anytime the '58 Plymouths' appear I wish I still had one. And has anyone noticed that in the inevitable gun shootout at the end the 6 shooters seem to never get reloaded and just keep shooting!

I watched them all the time when I was a kid!(late 50's)
I used to drive daily a 57 post car with the 325 engine, it was a lot of fun!(1984)
Today I own a 56 Savoy post car with the 277 V8,a wopping 160 Horsepower!

The Highway Patrol I saw the Mexican Highway Patrol (Federalis?) had a DeSoto 2 door sedan!

In one Peter Gunn I saw the bad guy was driven around in an Imperial and Gunn had a '59 Sport Fury.

I grew up thinking Broderick Crawford was the biggest bad *** and a Buick Special cop package was the ultimate.

Yeah, the show is a real snapshot of that moment in time. Shoot first and ask questions later was the motto back then! Love all the old Buicks, Mopars and Mercury's in this show.
