Hi all, I’m new to this site. I have a 62 300 Sport, non letter, that has a later model engine I’m looking for body plate decode informative to see what engine it originally came with. It has a 440 block but the top end is 2-4 intake and cylinder heads from a 413 dual 4 barrel equipped car. Thanks for any help on this.

Body Data Plates prior to 1965 do not show the engine or other chassis line components such as brakes, wheels, differentials. If you post a picture of your car's Body Data Plate/Fender Tag, I will decode it for free and send you a report similar to the one below. Add the VIN to complete the report.
