There is a nearly endless supply of unique beers with just the different roasts of barley malt, hops, water, and various strains of yeast

The chocolate isn't really chocolate added to the worth, just the subtle notes/tones the ingredients impart. I became a beer snob when I turned 21 and haven't looked back.

I was speaking of eating chocolate and drinking beer, guess it did not come out right in text. I do not need any flavors in my beer either, kind of like mixing good booze with ginger ale or coke? Why?

I feel better now Dave. I have been one to partake in something chocolate and sweet with a nice Russian Imperial Stout. I fact I did so over my Christmas break.
