Send him a PM in case the winning bidder retracts his bid and see where it takes you.
my understanding is it is "100%" sold. i translated that literally as a "done deal".

Don't know if it matters or not, but the listing on eBay says that the reserve was not met. If that's just there to not go through eBay then OK, I get that. You would probably know more about it than I do anyways.
I sold a nicer 72 Monaco on ebay a couple years ago. It was original paint, 440 engine, 30K miles and no cracks in dashpad, etc. It was in a word, mint. Back then, I got $12,500 for it. This car, if sold for around $10K, was about right, given what I could tell about it.
I would guess the owner scavenged those item before it went to the storage yard, since it was a write-off anyways.pieces are already gone....rims..gone....taillights gone.....so sad...another reason to actually carry a fire extinguisher...dumb ***....
note to self...grab fire extinguisher for the GT....
am hopeing thats the case....I would guess the owner scavenged those item before it went to the storage yard, since it was a write-off anyways.
Absolutely HATE to say it. And it really bothers me to think about it.

Car doesn't sell.
