That is a good price for an NOS mirror.

Bob, is that for a Plymouth Fury or for a Chrysler/Polara/Monaco? The bases are different due to the difference in the contour of the door. Suggest you post the second photo as a full size photo.

If you're only missing the glass in yours you may want to try just replacing that. I did it once, cut a peice of mirror to shape, or have a glass shop do it. Then two way tape it onto the broken mirror. If your mirror is completely gone you may need to use glue or two way tape with a foam core.

The remote cable is broken as well. I just want to replace the whole thing. I'd like to buy it if it's still available.

David, I checked the casting number listed on the base of the mirror. If you have a '71 Fury, it is the correct mirror for your car. If you have a '71 Dodge or Chrysler it is not the correct mirror for your car and will not fit on the door correctly. If the party selling this mirror has sold it, I have an NOS one for a '71 Fury on eBay for more, but I will work with you some on the price.
