Looks quite shiny and all the body gaps line up really well, and it looks super-straight.
But looks like it's prolly rusty around the roof, likely it's pretty flakey underneath too.
The original $3000 looks about right.

And it looks like a candidate for a 'honk if parts fall off' bumper sticker...

The price is down $1k, to $9k. Not having seen more details, I still think it's way too much.
