Saw this on Facebook. Guy claims he's gonna junk it. Looks like it could be salvageable? If not a great donor car. I wish it was close by.

Looking at the exhaust manifold............H-code car..........SAVE IT!!!!!!

One of you up in the North West should go get that! Big block 69??? Hell yeah! I’d go get it but I swore off C body projects.

Since I'm not on Facebook, does anyone have a contact number for the seller?

Brilliant, lets park a nice car under a pine tree, fill the cowl and every other crevice with pine needles, cover it with abrasive pine sap, and let it rust to pieces.

Yeah I don't facebook either and am pretty close. If somebody could get me the contact info I'd see what its all about and probably bring it home.

I believe this is a G code 383 2 barrel. The 2 barrel carb looks pretty original to that engine.

Are you guys seeing something I’m not?!? That is a 2 barrel carburetor. Also, If it had 4 barrel exhaust manifolds you be able to see the driver side as it has a large upsweep and would be visible. I’ll admit the pass side looks like a 4 barrel exhaust manifold from that angle. I guess the vin will determine what’s up for sure.

Could be a old boneyard heat riser fix, simpler for some to R & R the manifold with a working junkyard one as the heat riser replacement kit required some tack welds.
Could also be a boneyard replacement for a cracked manifold. A unforeseen bonus that they got the HiPo manifold from the Pick & Pull.
Only the FT & build sheet will tell what came from the factory.

I kind of like it leaves and all, looks about as complete as you can get for 500 bucks. But then there is the no title, a trek across the continent in treacherous winter weather driving conditions, and being in North Idaho it is most likely buried in snow in the back lot. So bring your plow.
