At least they had the good sense to pull the carpets out before extended outside storage. Would want to check the front frame carefully on the passenger side as these cars could not take much of a hit without knocking the whole thing cockeyed. If the engine is still free, rebuildable and original, this car is probably worth the asking price if the frame is ok. In its current condition, this car is not much of an eye catcher, but these cars bring big bucks to the right buyer. Would also want to know if Georgia is not a title state or just why the car is being sold with a bill of sale. Ad says title "missing".

I wonder about the title thing, too. NC is very particular about title paperwork, so I would never buy a car without a title.

In my opinion if you're buying a car without a title, it's a parts car. I would have no interest without a title either

Georgia was NOT a title state and did NOT require automobiles to have one.

A “bill of sale” is legit to transfer / own a vehicle. I personally have bought several mopars out of GA over the years and all were sold with only a “bill of sale”. There were never any problems obtaining a title in my name in the other state.

Also, I believe the state of GA started making titles mandatory for all automobiles in 1985 or 1986. (though I’m not a resident of GA so not familiar with all of the DMV rules)

As for the car, it looks to be a solid project, any e-body that has decent floorboards and rear quarters is worth $5-6K, without question.
