2K? With water damage. If you have ever had to dismantle a MH you will be wanting the seller to pay you. I have done it 3 times to score a 440 for free and every time I think was it worth it? The best I did was a mid 70's that only had 30K on the ticker, that was nice because all I did was put in some factory spec 69HP pistons and a good cam and it was great. Keep in mind the old MH's and HD trucks had high gears so a 70K engine is like a 100K plus car engine.

One more thing to keep in mind. Some Dodge MH's had industrial heads, intake and water pump. If you get one of them you will probably only be able to use the short block. Some people will also tell you that 70's MH had 6 pack rods, while I can not say if this is true or not I have never seen one.

I agree. I acquired a 24' Huntsman with a 440 with 44,000 miles that I drove home. Once I pulled the engine and trans. I literally called over 30+ scrap steel, salvage and junk yards. No one would take it. I had to gut it, sell off everything out of the inside, parted out the cab components and sell those. Then cut the rest up into whatever small enough sections to fit in the bed of my truck and threw away in our scrap metal dumpsters at work. Not worth the labor and effort. However, I did make over $1200.00 out of all the items sold.

A mini excavator could probably demolish that thing pretty well. Otherwise, torch it!
Yeah back when I did it we had a backhoe on the farm and that broke it down pretty fast, fun too but it was a mess. I would never burn one because with all the black smoke would bring the fire depart in no time flat.
