I have a LA 360 out of a Ramcharger that I have married to the original 727 in my 67 Fury 2 Sedan. I need an oil pan, but there are just soooo many options. As well as the motor mount bracket? (engine side) Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Did you get an off set weighted flex plate since the 360 will be externally balanced. As for oil pan...just try and find one that looks like your OEM 318 pan for clearance around your steering gear.

I did get the BandM externally balanced flexplate, yes... lots of research to find out about that. Obviously I am new at this, as far as the pan.... that's a good suggestion. I just don't have the original 318 pan... or motor, they did not come with the car.

According to info I found on FABO, it looks like you can use any of three pans:

Part number 2806393, which is stamped 394

Part number 3418293, which is stamped 294

Part number 3614227, which is stamped 228

They all use the same pick up tube, part number 2468849

There are a couple pans on ebay, but both seem a bit pricey to me:

The pick up is available on Rock Auto for $23

Looks like you are correct.

That's bad news, because now there's only one choice.

Part number 3418437. It came on 360 equipped C bodies from 1971 to 1973 only.
What I found says it's stamped 438.

I did a google search and Duck Duck Go search for that part number and came up with absolutely nothing. Nothing on Car-Part.com either.

Rock Auto says that pan uses the same 2468849 pickup tube.

Here's the other two non-truck 360 pans:

Here is the correct C body pan that was for sale on FCBO back in Oct. 2020.

Most likely, the pan needs a depression in the right spot to clear the idler arm on a hard right turn.

The 360 has a different crank than the 273/318/340. The openings are different and it will not fit. I just looked at the pan on the 360 we have for one of our E bodies and it has 392 stamped on it.

All I can say is marketplace is loaded with cheap 360s for sale...maybe you can find someone with one from a C body

Not to add any confusion. For what it's worth. Many years ago,I pulled the 360 motor out of a mid 70s Córdoba and put it in a 75 imperial for demo derby use.
The oil pan did not fit right? I had to modify motor mounts to get to drop in.
Remember looking at a 78 360 Newport that I had and the oil pan had a different part number.
The dump set further back. I believe the pan your looking for will be from a 74-78 formal with 360. I'm just guessing here,but that's what I've run into. I will try to get number from 78 pan.

I discovered the rear journal size difference between 318 and 360 when I put a JY 360 into my then 70 Sport Fury....thankfully a local Mopar guy had one and only one C-body 360 pan...and boy did I have to pay for that!

not sure of these have all the dimples you need. But they are new 360 pans.
