One thing I've always liked about taking a car apart is you never know what you're going to find. This note is written on the steering column of my car. IMG_0758.jpgIMG_0759.jpg

Its amazing what we find interesting and the builders called it work..... much like the great pyramids. Excellent find!

You know like global warming will put us back to the stone age and in 3000 years when civilization reimerages they will excavate the car and see those marks....like the great pyramids. You see Dave and I think alike LOL.
 
If you consider the car it's more like the great Ark! Yes it's staying.
 
I have been told by a couple of retired assembly plant workers (GM - Framinham, MA) that up to about 1970, they could "walk" their own car down the entire line while it was assembled.
