Odometer stopped working

Hi All,
Any ideas how to fix the odometer in my 76 NYB?
Speedometer still works smoothly, so it's not the cable.
The reset knob still turns and resets the trip odometer.
Help is appreciated.

There is a plastic gearset that runs the odometer drum. Speedo heads has to come out to be repaired.
