Its a stub frame, please take what you learned here today and educate the rest of the world
 
According to my FSM for '69 Plymouth, for A,B & E it calls it Sub and K member, for C body it calls it a Stub Frame.

That's it then, the ones that are welded as part of the unibody or should I say "unit body" are called sub frames and the ones that are bolt on are stub.

I still cant find moldings in the parts book, a lot of mouldings but no moldings.
