A sad sight... I spotted it last weekend on our road trip. That 72 Monaco used to be mine in the past, my first C ever. I've been told she has been sitting on the same field 10+ years and must be beyond hope now, our winters and that grass are making sure of it. Well, at least another mopar is keeping her company.

Rust In Peace, my friend.

Even in Finland???

I can't belive it.
Would never happen down here in germany.
And if it is just due to our "green" party who made sure that noone is allowed to let a not liscensed car outside

Well, here in Finland you can see a lot of cars on the field... Many kids on the countryside have their own field-vehicles before they are old enough to get driver's license. There's no law against that (yet).

These two are not (obviously) field cars though. Nor should they rot on the field - at least not my old baby.

Here's a pic of her when she served as a wedding car for a friend of mine 17 years ago...

Too nice to be sitting in a field just 17 years later.

Thanks guys.

A friend of mine tried to save her a few years ago, but never catched up with the present owner... I guess he travels a lot. His yard was full of project cars though, maybe he has a hard time doing both travelling and fixing cars. ;)
